loki's powers are all acceptable to keep - however, a few of them will need to be nerfed a bit! + for astral projection, he'll only be able to project into public places or places where he's already been physically present before, and within a 2-mile radius. + for shapeshifting, he'll be able to hold the new shape for a max of 2 hours, and he'll need a short rest (4 hours) before he'll be able to shift again. + for conjuring, only items smaller than a breadbox, not including weapons, magical items, etc. - basically, the stuff you'd get with ac rewards. anything else of that size is fine!
