+ while in dualis, connor's techno-interfacing will be nerfed a bit. the only points of access he'll have are his own personal devices - phone and anything else he might acquire, like a tablet, smartwatch, etc. in other words, he won't be able to touch any other devices or androids to acquire information. (there's a specific reason for this, and the limitation will likely be lessened or lifted later on through plot mechanics.) when he does connect to a device, anything public on the intranet (i.e., network comm) is fair game. if he connects to the internet, his searches will turn up cat memes and makeup tutorial videos about half of the time, and the other half, what he'll be able to find is highly censored and controlled to paint a favorable picture of dualis.
