If it were to eventually regain some of its momentum, should it be something that I work towards ICly (having techies look at his fin) or would it be something that would happen in game as part of some event?

And if it is something in the game, would anyone who looked at it notice anything wrong with it?

sorry, should’ve clarified - the head is responsible for the interference, so it will be fixable via plot twists later on. you can have yondu enlist tech types to check it out, but they’ll either not see anything wrong or will be unable to fix it, depending on skill level.

No worries! I think it'd open up roads to good CR to have some people look at it and go "looks fine to me". You know, for a guy with a cybernetic implant wired directly into his brain.
